Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive Root Canal File (SS MI) Usage Procedure
1. Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Minimally Invasive root canal file Begin by passively inserting the ISO 10 K hand file into the root canal to explore the root canal anatomy. However, do not attempt to reach the apical part of the root canal with the 10 K file.
2. Using a ruler, measure the length of the 10K file that has advanced into the canal. In between these steps, it is recommended to frequently rinse the canals with at least 1ml of sodium hypochlorite.
3. Then, to determine the working length, the apex is reached with the help of an electronic apex locator using 6-8-10 K type hand files and the canal length is determined.
4. During the shaping phase, the flutes of the file should be cleaned frequently and the root canals should be rinsed abundantly.
5. When the working length is reached with the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive file 10/06, you can perform further coronal expansion by increasing the speed setting from 250 rpm to 400 rpm and brushing with the same file until the working length is reached.
6. Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive root canal file 25/04 file is used to expand the coronal and middle thirds with up-and-down brushing movements at 400 rpm, then the speed setting is reduced to 250 rpm and the apical part is worked on to reach the canal length.
7. If the canal is not too wide, at this stage, after the final washing procedure, the canal is filled with a single cone accompanied by 25/04 angled gutta-percha and root canal sealer.
8. For wider root canals, the 35/04 Larger file can be optionally used.
9. Optionally, when you have completed the root canal instrumentation, use the Super System Activator file for final activation of the irrigation solution. Use the Activator file in an up-and-down motion at 800 RPM.
