Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File (SS AK) Working Procedure:
1. Begin by passively inserting the ISO 10 K hand file into the root canal to explore the root canal anatomy. However, do not attempt to reach the apical part of the root canal with the 10 K file.
2. Using a ruler, measure the length to which the 10K file has advanced into the canal. Then, use the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File 10/07 Opener file at a speed of 250-400 rpm with an up-and-down brushing motion to the same length as the 10K file used previously. Then, use the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File 10/07 file at 250-400 rpm with an up-and-down brushing motion to the same length as the 10K file used previously or to a length 3 mm shorter than the estimated working length. During the shaping phase, the flutes of the file should be cleaned frequently and the root canals should be irrigated abundantly.
3. After relieving the coronal and middle third with the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File 10/07 file, the canal length determination stage is started. This process can be done in two ways. If you are using an endo motor device with an integrated apex locator, set the motor to reverse mode when it reaches the apex and use the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File10/04 file at a speed of 250-400 rpm with an up and down brushing motion until the working length. If you are using the apex locator separately, use the 10 K file to determine the working length with the apex locator and reach the apex, and then use the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File 10/04 file.
4. After reaching the working length with the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT file 10/04 file, you can use the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File 17/05 Shaper file with an up and down brushing motion at a speed of 250-400 rpm until the working length is reached.
5. Finally, the shaping can be completed by brushing up and down with the Perfect SUPER SYSTEM Advanced KIT Root Canal File 25/04 Finisher file at 250-400 rpm. At this stage, after the final washing procedure, the canal can be filled with a single cone accompanied by 25/04 angled gutta-percha and root canal sealer.
6. For wider root canals, you can optionally use the SS 35-04 larger file.
7. When root canal shaping is completed, the Super System Activator file can be used as an option for the final activation of the irrigation solution. You can use the Activator file at 800 rpm with an up-and-down motion, 1 mm shorter than the canal length.
8. In re-treatment cases, Super System Retreat One is recommended for the removal of gutta-percha and root canal filling materials.
