As an endodontist working on advanced endodontic treatments and challenging cases, I have tried many systems over the years. However, since I was introduced to the Perfect Super System files, this system has become an indispensable part of my practice. Here are the reasons why:
Design, Durability and Cutting Efficiency
Initially, I was using various expensive systems and hand files, especially when working in curved, narrow and calcified canals. However, Perfect Super System files quickly replaced other systems due to their durability and canal opening performance.
I have observed that these files not only make my job easier, but also reduce postoperative pain in patients. This has made both my job and the patient experience much better.
Retreat One File: A Revolution for Retreatment
Since 90% of my caseload is retreatment, the Retreat One file has become an indispensable part of my practice. Its ability to penetrate gutta-percha is impressive. The wide flute spacing allows the removed gutta-percha to be easily expelled coronally, without impeding the file’s progression.
Despite its flexible structure, the file provides excellent resistance to gutta-percha and offers the necessary strength and durability. Although designed for single use, I was able to easily perform retreatment treatment on 10 different molars with the same file.
The Activator File (3D file) included in the set provides effective activation while cleaning untouched areas.
Advanced Kit: Solving the Most Complex Cases
I can say that there has not been a case that I could not find a solution with the Advanced Kit. One of the most common reasons for unsuccessful root canal treatments is MB2 canals that cannot be found or opened.
The 10.07 file in the set offers excellent performance in terms of force application as it is made of thick wire. The tip is number 10, allowing it to easily penetrate even narrow channels. In this way, I can easily open even curved and calcified MB2 channels.
The high taper ratio of the file makes the subsequent root canal shaping very easy and enjoyable. In fact, in most cases, I can switch directly to the 25.04 file without the need for intermediate files (such as 10.04 or 17.05). The company must be aware of this efficiency and has developed a system called the Minimally Invasive Kit. With this system, the shaping process can be completed using only two files (10.06 and 25.04).
Conclusion
Perfect Super System files have completely transformed my approach to endodontics. Their innovative design, exceptional durability and superior performance in the most complex cases have made them indispensable in my practice. Whether it is retreatment or complex canal anatomies, these files always deliver excellent results.
If you are looking for a reliable, efficient and innovative file system, I definitely recommend you to try the Perfect Super System.
