Perfect Super System: Revolution in Endodontics

I am about to complete my 10th year in the field of endodontics, including my specialist training. During these 10 years, I have worked exclusively in my specialty and have used root canal files from many different brands and designs in my treatments. Throughout my specialist training, I conducted numerous scientific studies on the mechanical and metallurgical properties of nickel-titanium file systems, which have dominated the endodontic world for the last 30 years.
In general, the design philosophy of many canal file manufacturers on the market is similar. Different heat-treated series of canal files with the same geometric design are produced. These series are sequential systems and generally have a fixed taper angle. For example, canal files made from blue heat-treated wire are generally flexible but have low cutting efficiency. They allow for safe operation in curved canals, but the processing time is longer and cutting efficiency is reduced. Canal files made from yellow heat-treated wire are sharper but less flexible, so they must be used very carefully during shaping in curved canals. Otherwise, step formation is inevitable.
For years, I've dreamed of combining the advantages of these two different heat treatments in a single file system. I believe this is where the revolutionary process of Super System files begins. Advanced Kit: I would say the Advanced Kit best summarizes the superior features of the Super System files. My favorite file in this series is the 10/07 opener file. Thanks to its high taper, it provides good coronal widening, while its short length increases durability. In addition, its "S" cross-section ensures high cutting efficiency, and the fact that it is made of blue wire helps us to safely shape channels, especially those with abrupt coronal curvature, up to the middle third.
The next file, 10/04, is made from yellow wire. The yellow heat treatment gives the file durability, while the small coronal diameter of the wire allows it to move easily through canals with narrow and curved apexes. In many cases where I have difficulty reaching the apex with the #10 K-type file, I can easily reach it with the 10/04. In rare cases where the 10/04 is difficult, I use the 08/03 Glider Pro file.
The other files in the kit, 17/05 (blue) and 25/04 (yellow), are prepared as finishing files. Thanks to their small coronal diameters, they cause very little loss of material from the coronal portion of the canal. In this way, we can complete our canal preparation in a minimally invasive manner.
Minimal Invasive Kit: Designed for use in easy to moderately difficult root canals, this kit consists of two 10/04 and two 25/04 files. Using only these two files, I can quickly complete root canal preparation in narrow and relatively flat canals. This saves ample time for irrigation.
Retreat One: 90% of my clinical practice involves retreatment (root canal renewal) cases. Therefore, I have been searching for the ideal retreatment file for years. The Retreat-One file meets almost all the requirements of a root canal extraction file. Retreatment of molar teeth is one of the most time-consuming cases in the clinic. The 25/06 Retreat-One file, thanks to its "S" cross-section, exhibits high cutting efficiency, while its yellow heat treatment greatly facilitates the removal of hard root canal fillings. Furthermore, the wide groove spacing helps to easily transport gutta-percha remnants accumulated during root canal extraction to the coronal area. The 23 mm file length also allows for more comfortable and precise work in individuals with limited mouth opening.
Conclusion: Perfect Super System files have completely changed my approach to endodontics thanks to their innovative and reliable design.
