I have been using Perfect Super System files regularly since they were launched. The most important points that distinguish these files from others are that they offer excellent cutting efficiency with their flexible structures, shorten preparation time and adopt a minimally invasive approach in all files. Later, the era of flexible files began, but these files generally offered insufficient cutting efficiency. In blocked and narrow canals, the procedure time was longer, and due to their flexibility, a comfortable preparation was not possible.

The root cause of these problems was that many systems produced the exact design of hard files with flexible wires. However, when the design remained the same, the flexible wires would lag behind in performance compared to the hard wires. The Super System files have a completely unique design to eliminate these disadvantages.

Advanced Kit: My Favorite for Styling

The Advanced Kit has become an indispensable tool in my clinic. The 10/07 file, made of flexible blue wire, quickly opens blocked canals and provides coronal expansion thanks to its strong structure. The file's number 10 tip diameter and 7 taper ratio prevent the tip from getting stuck, providing safe coronal and middle third expansion.

Afterwards, I can easily reach the apex with the gold-colored, thin-designed 10/04 file. This file is especially successful in cases where I cannot reach the apex with a hand file. The optional 08/03 Glider Pro file, designed for difficult canals such as MB2, offers extra support in the apical region.

In this process, I hardly need a hand file since I use an endomotor with a self-apex locator. After reaching the apex with 10/04, shaping continues with 17/05 and 25/04 files. This method reduces the total number of files and offers a faster process.

Scientific studies show that healing rates increase with increasing apical expansion diameter, especially in teeth with lesions. Super System files offer a comfortable procedure in the apical region without unnecessary coronal expansion.

Larger series (35/04 and 45/02) files reach the apex without difficulty because their coronal parts are thin and their blade lengths are short. This feature provides more effective cleaning by making better contact with the canal walls.

Optimum Compatibility for Filling

Instead of the single cone method that is common in the market, I always prefer to do lateral condensation or use MTA for apical plugging. Super System files are perfectly compatible with single cone gutta-perchas. For example, it is possible to fill the correct dimensions with 17/05 file in 20/04 gutta, 25/04 in 25/04 gutta.

Minimally Invasive Kit: A Practical Solution

The Minimally Invasive Kit is a very practical system that allows root canal shaping with just two files. It saves a lot of time in non-challenging cases. If I encounter a complex anatomy, I complete the procedure with Advanced Kit files.

Retreat One File: An Innovative Approach to Retreatment Procedures

I can say that the Retreat One file is the most effective retreatment file I have ever used. Canal cleaning is incredibly fast and comfortable with a single file. Thanks to its flexible structure, it minimizes the risk of step formation in curved canals.

The wide flute spacing allows the file to work without clogging and maintains a minimally invasive approach during the procedure. After retreatment, I clean the gutta-percha residues adhering to the canal walls with the Activator file and activate the irrigation, providing a more effective disinfection.
