Retreat One is now an indispensable part of my inventory for my retreatment procedures. In my first experience, I was complaining about using three different files when retreating a tooth and not being able to completely remove the gutta. However, Retreat One made this process much easier as a single file system. It provides high penetration into the gutta and makes the procedure both fast and safe.

• 08.03 file, for crossing narrow canals.

• 45.02 file for preparing wide canals apically only.

When you use these files within their limits, the risk of complications is quite low. Especially in blocked and narrow canals that do not open, it is possible to reach the apex with the 10.06, 10.04, and then 08.03 files, respectively.
